Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Do not send items back without authorization. This ensures we can properly track and process your return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
